Stress free life

He created a beautiful world and placed us in the Garden of Eden to tend and care for it. Gods plan was for man to work. Morden day technology has however changed the basic rules and this has lead to stress and sickness to people. To leave a wholesome life let us go back to basics which are. Eat wholesome foods of grains, nuts vegetables and fruits as opposed to processed foods for good health. Have company and quality time to interact physically with your spouse, children and friends.Man was made with a hunger for companionship as opposed to modern solitary selfish lifestyle. Rest and restore. Take time of at night for sufficient sleep. Take a day off from work as the Sabbath was made for man to rest. The crazy fast modern lifestyle is killing man as his pursuit for acquiring more and more increases. A happy life requires going back to the genesis in the bible where the basics are found.
